At the Prada Extends London event hosted at the Tate Modern, I worked as a runner, assisting the set designer with stage and venue layout, executing last-minute changes, covering chairs, and using sheets to conceal unwanted parts of the stage and wiresf. I managed green room setup and acted as an artist liaison, ensuring artists’ needs were met and coordinating their schedules. I also oversaw crew catering and schedules, ensuring smooth backstage operations. My role required handling last-minute tasks both inside and outside the venue, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
